All Hair must be in it's natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft.
Customers are allowed to exchange hair but will be responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault.
You are allowed to exchange within 3 days from receiving your package. Date recieved is the datel USPS declared or listed your package as delivered.
No refunds will be issued out.
