** BY PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL OF THE TERMS PRESENTED HERE**

Return and refunds:

​

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds or returns in order to protect our customers. In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 3 days of your delivery date.

Lash Seven operates Monday - Friday Only

Orders and all  communication received on Saturday and Sunday will 

begin processing the following Monday provided it is not a holiday

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an email response. Emails sent on weekend will not be viewed until the following business day. * SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS*

ORDERS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED ONCE THEY ARE PLACED. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER AND MAILING ADDRESS PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT TO PREVENT DELAYS.

Mailing Address Policy:

​

Under no circumstances is Lash Seven LLC responsible for incorrect mailing address provided by customers at checkout. Apartment/suite numbers are considered a part of your address and is required when applicable. Your address must be entered correctly at the time of ordering, any changes made after can not be guaranteed. If your order is returned to us for an incorrect/insufficient named or address you provided at checkout you will have the option to repay the the shipping fee ($5.99) or receive a refund minus the shipping and taxes paid. Shipping and taxes are 100% non-refundable.

What to expect AFTER ordering:

​

 1. Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to process before shipping. 

​

 2. You will receive an email titled "Thank you for shopping with Lash Seven". If you received this email we received your order. If you did not receive this email but your account was debited the email address you provided was incorrect or had a typo. Please send a separate email to info@lashseven.com include the name on the order and let us know you did not receive the email and we will get your email address updated.

 3. You will receive a separate email only once your order has shipped.  The email will be titled "Your order has shipped" from tracking@shipstation.com. It will include at tracking number that you can use to track your order. The email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. 

​

 

Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update your tracking information once your receive your shipment email.

​

We use USPS First Class mail to ship all orders. Please allow 3-7 business days for USA orders to arrive once it ships. Most orders arrive in 3-4 days but there can be delays from USPS. International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 business days and up to 50 business days during Covid-19. WHOLESALE ORDERS REQUIRE UP TO 2 FULL WEEKS.

Under no circumstances is Lash Seven LLC responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information says your package is "delivered" but you have not received it please contact your nearest USPS or contact their customer service line at 1 (800) 275-8777 and provide your tracking number and any other information they may request.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USPS DELAYS!

 

THERE MAY BE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 IN CERTAIN AREAS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS FOR THE MOST ACCURATE INFORMATION ON SHIPPING DELAYS USING THE NUMBER PROVIDED ABOVE.
