Store Policy

1. All Sales are final. Once an order is place we can not cancel, refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY items.  

 

2. If any products are damaged please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery  and we will replace damaged items with proof of manufacturing damages.

 

3. If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to us you are responsible for the new shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.  

4.  Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order", it means that your entire order will be shipped the date your pre-order is scheduled to ship. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.

5. Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed.

Shipping (Non-sale)

 

1. All order related questions need to be sent to lashseven7@gmail.com or via our contact form on the website. Under no order related questions will be handled via Instagram or any other platforms. 

2. We use USPS to ship all packages. Shipping time is 3-7 business days once your order has shipped. 

3. Orders are not shipped on weekends

4. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If your order shows delivered but you have not received it you will need to contact the shipping provider to file a lost package claim.  

5. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES BY USPS.

Shipping (Sale Times)

1. Due to increased order volumes it is possible that shipments may take longer than the standard 3-7 business days and can be extended up to 12 business days.

2. Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed.
